Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- All tags, seals, and packaging must be intact
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order details and reason for return
- You may be asked to share photos of the product for verification
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If your product is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it
- Provide photos and order details for quick resolution
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost
Incorrect Products
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution after verification
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care, hygiene, or beauty items once unsealed
- Perishable goods
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards or promotional items
Exchanges
Currently, Xyramart does not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, you may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return
- Delivery charges (if applicable in future) are non-refundable
